At Paper & Brew, every order is carefully hand-picked, wrapped and prepared especially for you.

Because we don't simply pick a book from a shelf, but carefully curate each parcel based on your preferences, we ask that you allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order.

Processing Time

All orders are currently prepared within 5–7 working days before dispatch.

During particularly busy periods, seasonal launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always keep you informed.
 

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
 

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping within the UK. 
 

Sending a Gift?

Paper & Brew parcels make wonderful gifts.

If you're sending your order directly to someone else, simply add your gift message during checkout and we'll handwrite it on one of our Paper & Brew gift cards.

There are never any pricing details included inside the parcel.

Wherever possible, we use recyclable or reusable packaging materials, helping us reduce waste while still creating a parcel that's a joy to open.

Every box is carefully wrapped by hand using our signature Paper & Brew style.
 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us.

We'll work with the delivery provider to locate your parcel and keep you updated every step of the way.
