Paper & Brew is an independent online bookshop specialising in carefully curated pre-loved and new books, book gift boxes and subscription products.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it.
This email does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted once it has been prepared and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including where products become unavailable or pricing errors occur.
3. Our Products
Every Paper & Brew parcel is individually prepared by hand.
Because many of our products are mystery or curated experiences, the contents will vary depending on the preferences you provide.
Product photographs are intended as examples. While the overall experience will remain the same, individual books, treats or accessories may differ depending on availability.
Where substitutions are necessary, we'll always replace an item with something of equal or greater value.
3.1 Allergen Information
Some products included in our gift boxes may contain or have been produced in environments that handle common allergens. Please always check the packaging of any food or drink item before consumption. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate them, although we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
4. Pre-loved Books
Most of our books are pre-loved.
Each book is carefully inspected before dispatch and will always be in good, readable condition.
Minor signs of previous ownership, shelf wear or gentle use should be expected and are considered part of the character of a pre-loved book.
We do not knowingly sell books with missing pages or significant damage.
5. Reading Preferences
We do our best to choose books based on the information you provide.
While we carefully consider your preferences, we cannot guarantee:

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The price shown at checkout is the price you'll pay.
7. Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout using our approved payment providers.
Paper & Brew does not store your full payment card details.
8. Delivery
Processing times are shown on our Delivery Information page.
Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Paper & Brew is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, severe weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Book Passport
Our Book Passport is provided as an additional feature for participating books.
While we aim to keep all Book Passport pages available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times due to maintenance or technical issues.
Messages submitted by readers may be moderated before publication.
We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, abusive, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including our branding, logos, product descriptions, photographs and original written content, belongs to Paper & Brew unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paper & Brew shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
